Eccentric
Built for Voltra I owners

Get stronger on your Voltra — and see the proof in every set.

Your Voltra measures every rep — range of motion, bar speed, power, even the lowering phase. Eccentric turns that into progress you can actually read, so you know what's working instead of guessing.

Where Eccentric fits

Your Voltra already does the hard part.

It captures more about every rep than almost any lifter has ever had. Eccentric picks up from there — turning that capture into trends, coaching, and a clear answer to the only question that matters: am I getting better?

Every rep, in detail

Each set already carries range of motion, bar speed, and power — and keeps the lifting and lowering phases apart. That's a far richer picture than a weight-and-reps row could ever hold.

A history isn't a trend

Knowing what you did last Tuesday isn't the same as knowing whether you're moving forward. Eccentric reads across your sessions and shows the direction — per movement, week to week.

Stronger isn't only heavier

On a smart trainer, progress shows up as faster bar speed and more power at the same load, and more control on the way down — signals a plain log can never surface.

What you get

Proof you're progressing — not just a log.

Four ways Eccentric turns what your Voltra records into decisions you can act on.

Know you're actually getting stronger.

Eccentric tracks bar speed and power at a given load over time — so improvement shows even when the weight on the stack hasn't moved. Per workout, per movement, no guesswork.

Train the lowering phase on purpose.

Your Voltra can overload the eccentric. Eccentric tracks the lifting and lowering phases separately, so you can see the work you're really doing — and whether it's paying off.

Let bar speed call the set.

Velocity-based training without the spreadsheet. See how much speed you lose across a set and get a clear read on when to push or back off — so you stop grinding out junk reps.

See training and recovery together.

Bring in sleep, HRV, readiness, and bodyweight and read your Voltra output right beside how recovered you were. Honest signals — never a fake “this caused that” claim.

See it

Your own lifts, finally legible.

Real screens from Eccentric, reading the kind of data your Voltra captures every set.

Proof you're progressing

This is what “getting better” looks like.

Six sessions of the same movement at the same load — and the numbers climbing: bar speed up 13%, peak power up 13%, your estimated max up 9%. The kind of progress a weight-and-reps log just can't show.

The eccentric, measured

See the lowering phase — not just the lift.

Every rep, split into its lifting and lowering halves. The slow, heavy lowering your Voltra lets you train finally shows up in the data — where you can actually tell whether it's working.

How it fits your routine

Nothing changes about how you train.

Keep training and capturing on your Voltra exactly as you do today. Eccentric is everything around the session.

01

Plan it

Author a program yourself, or have a coach write one. Self-coached is the default — no setup required.

02

Train on your Voltra

Lift the way you already do. Your Voltra captures every rep; you just check off the sets you finished.

03

Bring the workout in

Export your workout file and import it. Eccentric lines each set up with your plan and fills in the real, per-rep numbers automatically.

04

See what changed

Per-workout progress, per-rep trends, and how your recovery lined up — read honestly, never as false certainty.

New · Plan sync

Now it works both ways.

Eccentric doesn't just read what your Voltra records — it can send your plan straight to the trainer. Plan here, lift there, import the results, see the progress. One clean loop.

Made for Voltra

It speaks your Voltra's language.

Eccentric understands what your trainer actually records — so nothing gets flattened on the way in.

Every Voltra mode

Weight Training, Eccentric Overload, and Isokinetic come in as distinct work — never blended together.

Every rep, measured

Range of motion, average and peak bar speed, and power for every rep — with the lifting and lowering kept apart.

The whole rep, not just a number

Eccentric reads the shape of each rep — so how long the muscle worked, and where it started to fade, is part of the picture.

Support for training with Kaatsu

Run the same movement with and without blood-flow restriction, then compare them side by side.

No lock-in

Your numbers belong to you.

Export anytime

Take your sets and the numbers behind them with you as a CSV. Your data is yours, full stop.

Ask your AI assistant

Connect Eccentric to an AI assistant and ask about your own training in plain language — strength trends, a Kaatsu A/B, whatever you want to know.

Honest by default

Every chart shows its sample size, and patterns are surfaced as questions, never as proof. No hype, no invented causation.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to stop using my Voltra or its app?

Not at all. Keep training and capturing on your Voltra exactly as you do now. Eccentric works alongside it, adding the analysis, history, and coaching on top of the workouts you already record.

How does my Voltra data get in?

You export your workout file and import it. Eccentric matches each set to your plan and fills your session with the real per-rep numbers — no manual re-typing.

Which Voltra modes are supported?

Weight Training, Eccentric Overload, and Isokinetic all come in as distinct work, so your modes stay separate in your analysis instead of being averaged together.

Do I need a coach?

No. Self-coached is the default and needs no setup. If you do train with a coach, you can invite them to write your plan — and decide exactly what they can see, including whether they get your recovery data.

Does it work with my other equipment too?

Yes. Barbell, dumbbell, and machine work all live in the same place, and you can train with Kaatsu too. The per-rep bar speed and power features simply light up on your Voltra.

What does it cost, and is it ready?

It's free while we're in early access, and it's ready to use today — create an account and import your next Voltra export.

Why we built it

“I train on a Voltra, and I’ve owned a Whoop, an Oura, and an Apple Watch. I was generating all this data but wasn’t answering the questions I needed answered. What should my next workout be? Am I still getting better? Is it time to switch things up? Eccentric is the tool I wanted. It takes the data you’re already paying for and lets you readily apply it, workout to workout — and with the AI integration, I’m leveraging AI to actually improve my workouts.”
