Everything a peak needs — nothing it doesn't.
Competition mode surfaces the tools that matter when you're chasing a total, and gets out of the way when you're not.
Your DOTS, kept current.
DOTS and Wilks scores calculated from your best lifts and bodyweight, updated as you train — so you always know your score, not just your kilos.
Meet day, front and center.
Set your competition date and it counts down on Home and lands on your calendar — so your whole peak is oriented around the day that counts.
Plan every attempt.
An attempt planner for squat, bench, and deadlift — openers, seconds, and thirds — so you walk onto the platform with your jumps already decided.
One max, no contradictions.
Your training max, your percentage work, your meet attempts, and your DOTS all read from one canonical max per lift. They never disagree with each other.
Competition mode, on your terms.
It's a single toggle. Flip it on when you're peaking and the platform tools appear; flip it off and everyday training stays clean and simple. Nothing is forced on lifters who don't compete.
Flip it on
Turn on competition mode when you enter a peak. Everything below appears; the rest of the year it's hidden.
Prep like a meet
Percentage work off one canonical max, velocity to tell you when a weight's moving fast enough, and your attempts mapped out.
Walk in ready
Your total projected, your DOTS current, and your openers and jumps decided before you're backstage.
Straight answers.
Which scoring formulas are supported?
DOTS and Wilks, calculated from your best lifts and bodyweight and kept up to date as you train.
Does this get in the way if I don't compete?
No. Competition mode is a single toggle, off by default. Leave it off and everyday training stays clean — no meet date, no attempt planner, no scores you don't need.
How does attempt planning work?
You plan an opener, a second, and a third for squat, bench, and deadlift. They read from your canonical max per lift, so your percentages, attempts, and DOTS all stay in agreement.
Can I use velocity to pick attempts?
Yes. If you train on equipment that measures bar speed, Eccentric shows how fast a load is moving — a useful, honest signal for how much is left in the tank on a peak.
Does it work with my equipment?
Yes. Barbell and rack work is first-class, and everything lives alongside any other equipment you train on. The velocity features simply light up when your gear measures them.
