Growth you can actually see.
More than a log of what you lifted — the signals that tell you whether your hypertrophy work is landing.
See your volume, per muscle.
Every movement carries its primary (and secondary) muscles, so your weekly working sets roll up per muscle group — against sensible landmarks. Know at a glance where you're under- or over-cooking it.
Train the lowering phase.
The eccentric is where a lot of growth lives. On a smart trainer you can overload it, and Eccentric keeps the lifting and lowering phases apart — so the slow negatives show up as real, tracked work.
Intensity techniques, built in.
Rest-pause, myo-reps, and cluster sets are first-class — an intra-set rest on your normal rep scheme, not a note in the margin. Train past failure and still have it recorded cleanly.
Blood-flow restriction, compared.
Run a movement with and without Kaatsu and put the two side by side. BFR is modeled as a training condition, so its sets never get blended into your straight sets.
A hypertrophy loop that closes.
Plan the volume, put in the work, and see the result — without leaving your training in a spreadsheet.
Plan by muscle
Build a split and let Eccentric show your planned weekly sets per muscle — so the program is balanced before you ever lift.
Train and check off
Warm-ups and working sets, myo-reps and rest-pause included. Check off as you go; import telemetry if your trainer captures it.
Watch it move
Volume landmarks, per-movement progress, and bodyweight trends — read honestly, so you know when to push volume or hold.
Straight answers.
How does per-muscle volume work?
Each movement is tagged with the muscles it trains, so your working sets roll up into weekly volume per muscle group — shown against sensible landmark ranges rather than a single 'correct' number.
Do you support myo-reps and rest-pause?
Yes. Rest-pause, myo-reps, and cluster sets are modeled as an intra-set rest on your normal rep scheme, so training past failure is recorded cleanly instead of jammed into a notes field.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Dumbbells, barbell, machines, and cables all live in the same place. If you train on a smart trainer, per-rep bar speed, power, and eccentric overload simply light up on top.
Can I train with blood-flow restriction?
Yes. Kaatsu is a first-class training condition — run the same movement with and without it and compare the two directly.
Does it track bodyweight and progress photos?
It tracks a bodyweight trend alongside your training, and your progress is read per movement and per muscle. We surface patterns honestly, with sample sizes — never as false certainty.
