What can the AI assistant actually do?
Connected over MCP, an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT reads your real training and answers in plain language — trends, comparisons, correlations. It can also draft plan changes for you to approve.
Do you show causation?
No. We show correlations and patterns with their sample size, framed as questions. 'You tend to move slower on low-sleep days' is a hypothesis to test, not a verdict — and we say so.
Which metrics need special equipment?
Per-rep velocity, power, and range of motion need a trainer that measures them (like a Voltra). Estimated max, volume, DOTS/Wilks, and trends work with any equipment, including a plain barbell.
Is velocity-based training supported?
