Your phone’s recovery data, beside your training
An experimental mobile rollout can now bring recent sleep, resting heart rate and HRV from Apple Health or Health Connect into Context.
Your recovery data already lives on your phone. Eccentric can now bring recent sleep, resting heart rate and heart-rate variability (HRV) into Context from Apple Health or Health Connect, so you can read it beside the training it may help explain.
This is an experimental, feature-flagged rollout in the native apps. If it is enabled for your account, open Context, connect the health source on that phone, and press Sync now whenever you want to bring in recent readings. The web app does not offer the connection control, and background syncing is not part of this rollout yet.
Manual entries still win. Imported readings keep their source, and missing access stays missing rather than becoming a zero. Apple Health does not tell apps whether a read permission was denied or there simply was no accessible reading, so Eccentric says exactly that instead of guessing.
